The Redcliffe Safe Sleepz service has 7 secure, climate controlled, sleep pods with a lockable door and toilet. It can provide safe sleeps to 10 or more people each night. Everyone is looked after with overnight volunteer caretakers and CCTV surveillance, we also have under bus storage for belongings, and pets are welcome to stay also.
The bus operates Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights and comes into its Service location at the cnr Creek St and Fisher Dr from 8:00pm, onboards guests from 8:30pm and everyone is tucked in bed with doors closed at 10:00pm. Supported by our onboard, volunteer Caretaker, guests stay warm and safe all night until disembarking from 6:00am, with the bus heading back to the depot to be reset at 7:00am.
